No Returns Policy

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Sizing & Custom Orders

  • We highly recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit before placing an order to ensure the press-on nails you select fit properly.
  • If you require custom sizing that does not fall under our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L), please contact us after placing your order with your name and the size(s) measured from the Sizing Kit.
  • You can also use the following image as a guide to size your nails at home for press-on nails. 

Processing & Shipping Time

  • As all nails are custom made to order, please allow 7-14 days for production.
  • Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive in approximately 4-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your nails arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
